My birthday is on Monday....I'm not too sure about this one. All my life I've been told I look older...and all my life I've felt younger...but being 20 I finally fit. lol
One thing I know about people now is you can reach 21 years and be very naive and innocent and inexperienced and have 'no idea', etc...in some peoples' eyes, but that doesn't mean you aren't an adult.

I guess that depends on whether someone really is naive, innocent, and inexperienced. It's experience that breeds maturity, oftentimes, but maturing is itself a life-long process. I think you're an adult when you're no longer a child.
